Women’s Ministry
Transforming lives……. together
The Butterfly Company has teams of twelve women, formed under the care of one Team Facilitator and one Co-facilitator.
The teams meet twice every ten to twelve weeks:
Once for unity meeting: fellowship, teaching, ministering to one another, encouragement, moving in your gifts
Once for outreach: to go outside the walls of the church and touch the community with God’s love through serving
Average of 2-3 hours per meeting; time of day and meeting location will vary
Goals:
- Develop and deepen relationships; strengthen and encourage one another
- Outreach-to show and share the love of Jesus
- Short teachings (30 minutes or less)
- To help equip and release each woman in her spiritual gifts
- To help train (materials will be handed out at some of the meetings for further study)
- To pray for and with one another : team ministry and exercises in prayer and prophecy
- To give to the community by meeting needs
- To form ministering teams or a company of women: develop working teams to call on in times of ministry need
- Stay connected through e-mail, phone calls, visits
- Support and strengthen one another in our individual destinies
